Nintendo eShop cards add funds to a Nintendo Account, ready to spend on games and downloadable content for the Switch family of consoles. They are a popular gift for kids and families, which is exactly why so many end up unused. A child might move on to another console, or a family might receive two cards when they only needed one.

If you have an eShop card that nobody in your home will use, you can sell it for crypto. The whole process happens in our Telegram bot. You sign up, send the card details in the chat, and see the offer for your card. If you are happy, you accept, and you are paid once the card has been checked.

How it works

Selling your Nintendo eShop card in three steps

  1. Open the bot and sign up

Tap the button to open @giftcard_redemption_bot in Telegram. It walks you through signing up and a one-time identity check.

  2. Send your card and see your rate

Share the card details inside the bot. It shows today's rate and the exact amount for your card before you agree.

  3. Get paid once the card is checked

If you accept, the card is checked and you are paid in crypto. The bot keeps you updated along the way.

Checklist

Before you sell

  • The card is unused, or you know exactly how much is left on it.
  • The card is yours. You bought it yourself or got it as a gift.
  • You have the full code, and the PIN if the card has one.
  • You still have the receipt, if you got one. Keep it until you are paid.
  • Do not add the code to a Nintendo Account or enter it on a console. Once redeemed, the funds stay with that account and the card is no longer sellable.

Find the code

Where to find your Nintendo eShop gift card code

Where it is

On a physical Nintendo eShop card, the code is printed on the back of the card under a scratch-off area. Some cards come on a cardboard backing, so check both the card and the backing for the protected panel. Scratch slowly with a coin and stop when every character is visible. A digital eShop card bought online arrives by email or appears in your order history on the retailer website where you bought it.

What it looks like

A Nintendo eShop code is 16 characters, made up of letters and numbers, and is often shown in four groups of four. There is no PIN to enter separately. Copy the characters exactly and be careful with letters and numbers that look alike when the print is small.

Only share your code inside our Telegram bot. This website will never ask you for it.

Balance

Checking your Nintendo eShop balance

eShop cards carry a fixed amount that is printed on the front of the card and on your receipt. Nintendo does not show the value of an unredeemed card without adding it to an account, so the printed amount is your best reference. Keep the card, backing and receipt together until the sale is complete.

Questions

Nintendo eShop gift card questions

Can I sell funds already added to my Nintendo Account?

No. Once an eShop code is redeemed, the funds stay in that Nintendo Account and cannot be sold. Only unused codes qualify.

Does the region of my eShop card matter?

Yes. eShop cards are tied to a region and currency. The bot checks the card details you send and tells you whether that card can be accepted before you agree.

Is a download code for one game the same as an eShop card?

No. A code for a single game or add-on is not a gift card balance. Only Nintendo eShop gift cards with a money value can be sold here.

My child received the card. Can I sell it?

If the card was a gift to your household and you are the adult who signs up and verifies identity in the bot, you can sell it. The card must be unused and given freely, not bought because someone told you to.

How do I sign up?

Tap the button to open our Telegram bot. It walks you through signing up and a one-time identity check.

How do I get paid?

You are paid in crypto. The bot shows the exact amount before you agree.

Is it safe to sell my card here?

Yes. You only share card details inside our official bot, you see the offer before you agree, and nothing happens until you say yes. This website never asks for codes or PINs.
